LG Hitachi and INNORULES agrees to develop a solution that combines AI (artificial intelligence) and BRMS (work rule management system). The two companies recently signed a business agreement for software development at the LG Hitachi headquarters in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and started development.
It is a strategy to jointly pioneer domestic and foreign markets by completing a solution that combines AI and BRMS through the cooperation between the two companies. The two companies are promoting △an AI DevOps platform equipped with BRMS development, △Diversification and commercialization of AI+BRMS-linked solutions, △Joint discovery of AI+BRMS solution cases, and △Joint sales of AI+BRMS SW at home and abroad.
INNORULES developed BRMS in 2001, and since then, INNORULES has been gaining an edge in competition with multinational companies and established itself as a leading company in the domestic BRMS market. INNORULES has carried out projects for Dongbu Fire & Marine, Meritz Fire & Marine, ING Life Insurance, Nonghyup Life Insurance, Allianz Life Insurance, Samsung Electronics, Samsung Life Insurance, Samsung Card, Samsung Hospital, and Asan Hospital. In 2016, INNORULES also successfully supplied a solution to Japan's largest insurance company after undergoing rigorous quality tests.
By using InnoRules BRMS, business rules can be written easily and applied to the company's IT system. The person in charge can manage the rules using the rule management tool.
If BRMS is introduced, the policy application status can be integrated and reflected in the IT system in a business language. It also has the strength to increase work efficiency by separating work rules from the system. An LG Hitachi official said, "For artificial intelligence to deliver higher value to customers, a clear direction is required."
Hyeon-seop Shim, Vice President of INNORULES, said, "The goal is to create an AI-based integrated rule management system that operates faster, more accurately by combining artificial intelligence with BRMS. We will lead the industry and create domestic and international demand."
