Currently, INNORULES has 53 employees. Of course, there have been changes in the number of personnel during that time, but the researchers who developed the product in the first place remain as they are.
It started with three core researchers at the beginning of the business but has now grown to 15. It is different from other companies that suffer from heartache due to the leakage of core technology due to the turnover of researchers.
An INNORULES official said, "Each researcher has a strong sense of pride and affection for the solutions they have created."
The company, which regularly recruits new employees every year, has produced four open positions so far. This year, the 5th recruitment is underway. Usually, 3 to 4 new employees are recruited, mainly technical engineers.
The recruitment process includes CV, practical work (program language, algorithm test program, etc.), and interviews. It focuses on one’s ability not academic achievement.
