Business Rule refers to the rules, regulations, and know-how to handle certain tasks. The integrated solution that converts these business rules into data and efficiently manages them in a separate repository is called BRE (Business Rule Engine).

BRE makes it easy to develop and maintain a business system and allows the person in charge of the business to easily modify it when the business rule changes.

InnoRules, developed by Shinwon Information System Co., Ltd. (CEO Hwang Jae-gon, www.swisco.co.kr), is the only domestic BRE solution.

InnoRules is differentiated from foreign BRE products in that it can be easily used by business professionals as it has a user interface similar to Microsoft Excel, and testing, debugging, and simulation is possible at the same time as writing business rules.

Business cooperation with partner companies is also being strengthened, such as discovering and commercializing BRE-applied tasks and embedding BRE in specialized solutions for each field of expertise.

In particular, the combination of the two solutions is accelerating in that BPM (Business Process Management), which automates complex business processes, and BRE, which manages corporate business rules, are linked so that frequently changing and complex business procedures can be solved at once.
