| Name | Input value for range type item saving error | ||
| Description | For non-mandatory range items in the product / insurance item registration / modification (search / modify product / insurance conditions) menu, if you delete all the values stored in the values 1 (From) and 2 (To) and (1)save or (2)check the N/A and save, the message "There is an error saving the item. Please check the saving status column. " is displayed. In the saving status, the message "Both of the values 1 and 2 must be put in the range type" is displayed and cannot be saved. |

| Comments | If the modification or N/A is checked when checking validity for the input value of the range type item, it has been made to process an error with none of the value 1 (From) and the value 2 (To) be inputted. Thus, an error occurs. |

| Fix | 1. If an already saved item is to be deleted, copy and delete the item value of another product whose value has not been saved by using the function "Copy all products / insurance items ". 2. For character type item, enter #NA and save. Then, value 1 and 2 will be deleted and change to N/A status. |
