Maintenance Service

InnoRules provides bug patches, technical support, upgrades, and other customer services at a cost for our customers’ stable system
operation and improved service level maintenance.

Support Details
  • Provision of patches for product bugs
  • Technical support - system troubles; technical support for extension – charged or free technical consulting services for operational problems and improvements
  • Onsite upgrade support – addition and expansion of functions during charged or free product upgrades
  • (Separately discuss or review the premium service contract for other special support modalities)
