InnoRules, a specialist in business rule
integration management (BRMS) and product information management (PF)
solutions, has signed a strategic investment agreement with Hitachi. InnoRules is
now actively promoting global businesses with Hitachi.
InnoRules developed InnoProduct, a product
information management solution based on its own BRMS 'InnoRules', and supplied
it to financial systems such as Dongbu Insurance, Meritz F&M, ING Life,
Nonghyup Life Insurance, Allianz Life Insurance and Samsung Life Insurance. InnoRules
has achieved the success rate of 80% or more of the next generation project
with reliability and functionality. In 2016, it has been validated with Hitachi
for three years and supplied InnoRules and InnoProduct to a Japanese financial
institution. InnoRules established a Japanese subsidiary in Japan in 2015 to
establish close cooperation system with Hitachi, and provided solutions to a
variety of industries in Japan including financial institutions.
Hitachi is focusing on the digital solution,
which utilizes information technology (IT) to provide new financial services.
InnoRules and InnoProduct will be expanded of the supply. "
