Business rule engine, 'InnoRules'

'InnoRules', a domestic business rule engine (BRE) of INNORULES (CEO Soon Min-young), has won the Consumer Recommendation Award in the BRE sector.

BRE is a solution that manages business rules and know-how independently of applications to facilitate system development and maintenance. Before InnoRules was introduced to the market, the domestic BRE market was dominated by a foreign product called Blaze Advisor.

InnoRules improves development efficiency and facilitates maintenance by applying the rule engine to complex business logic such as insurance product design, premium calculation, loan review, allowance, and fee calculation. In particular, by providing a user interface similar to Excel, it excelled in the domestic market in the first half of the year by providing end-user computing (EUC) that can be easily used even by a non-IT person.

This year, INNORULES participated in next-generation projects of five financial institutions, including Mirae Asset Life, Hyundai Marine&Fire Insurance, Shinhan Life Insurance, KIBO(Korea Technology Finance Corporation), SG Credit Information, and participated in the unit projects of DB Insurance's credit system improvement, DB Life's Field Support System Improvement, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance's credit system improvement, Korea Housing Finance Corporation's reverse mortgage system improvement, SK Telecom's wireless network optimization, and DAEKYO's sales management system improvement.

INNORULES is planning to drive this year's momentum next year to secure half of the domestic market share while at the same time solidifying its market leadership as a domestic software product.
